Great location near the center and main spa, excellent value for money, friendly reception, fair pricing, clean hotel.

The Hotel is very clean and excellent "value-for-money". Don't expect international luxury standards but rather a hotel management intent on pleasing a middle aged clientele who expect a friendly reception and fair pricing. The location is a 5-10 mminute walk from the centre and main spa. Parking available w/o charge nearby or on the road in fron of the hotel. The in-house treatments are good but more or less at international prices..book a package if possible. We are very experienced & demanding travellers and can recommend "Silva". The only "downside" was that the price for our "mid sized dog" at 20% of guest price per night was a little high in comparison to other charges.

Convenient location near city center yet in a peaceful area. Clean rooms & great hotel facilities including free sauna. Good breakfast, friendly staff, and easy parking.

The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by nature and close to key attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. the hotel offered a good breakfast with a decent selection of options.
The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, creating a negative check-in experience. The hotel also showed signs of being outdated and in need of some repairs.

The hotel had great proximity to the town center with easy access to mineral springs and a lovely forest. the rooms were spacious and shower was impressive. Not to mention, they had a friendly and helpful staff in both the restaurant and spa area.
Finding parking could become a bit of a hassle and the street lamps shone quite bright into the rooms at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area close to the centre. the rooms are spacious and have good beds. the spa services are amazing and the masseur was very friendly.
The breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is in a great location, not far from the center but in a quiet and peaceful area near nature. I really enjoyed being able to relax in such a serene environment. The room was surprisingly spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where I could enjoy the fresh air. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and keeping the hotel clean and well-maintained. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of my stay, with a sauna and massage services that helped me unwind and rejuvenate. Finally, the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options and great quality.
I highly recommend this place to all.
